At part time, I work with Top Leadership Center, TLC, as a Trainer. Working with TLC, I have improved my leadership skills as it is important for me, my study, my future job opportunities and my life. I think that all people, especially high school and university students, should take any course or class about Leadership because it is an effective way and also non-financial benefit in leading their own life to be better in the future as they have started from today.
Beneficially, I have successfully trained and worked as a trainer twice with the TLC Seminar about Topic: “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, Venues: First at Eden Park Restaurant and Second CJCC at IFL. These two trainings progressed smoothly and got good comments from the participants. With this topic, I really appreciate Habit 3 and 7 the most because I can learn to prioritize my tasks and practice other 6 habits with the balance of my Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Social dimensions.
The busy you are, the better you get!

| Heng Leangkim |
Hi, everyone! My name is Heng Leangkim, one of the TLC trainers. Nowadays, I am the student in two universities; one is University of Cambodia majoring in International Business, and another one is National University of Management majoring in Tourism and Hospitality. No doubt how I could become one of the trainers here, the answer is because of one habit of the 7 habits which is “ Think Proactively”. To think proactively is to think positively, you know what? Before, I had always thought that I could not pass in any interviews, so it made me hesitate and step back when it comes the word “Interview”, but after I learned about the 7 habits, everything was changed. At this point, I told myself that I can do it, so I applied for the TLC trainer, and the result is “ I really can do it” means I passed that’s why I am here with you guys. Thanks
